  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Layer with cheese, buffalo chicken mixture, and more cheese.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
