Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth. 
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off, and place on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown. 
- Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce until well coated. 
- Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes. 
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
