Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until they are golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli, carrots, snap peas, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Pour in the vegetable broth and soy sauce. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
