  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. 2. Once butter is melted, add the ham steak and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. 3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the ham steak and let it melt.
  4. 4. Add Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar, stirring to combine.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
