Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli slaw mix
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped

Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
