- 4 cups Broccoli slaw mix
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
Dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
