- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- ½ cup Raisins
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, raisins, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
