Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets
- ½ cup Red onion, chopped
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds. 
- 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. 
- 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. 
- 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
