- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets
- ½ cup Red onion, chopped
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Sugar
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
