Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 pack Ramen noodles crushed
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions

Dressing

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and chopped green onions.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
