  • 1 cup Cooked Rice preferably leftover
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pcs Green Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cooked rice and stir well.
  4. 4. Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice.
  6. 6. Add soy sauce and stir until everything is well combined.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
