- 3 lb corned beef brisket
- 1 large onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 pcs bay leaves
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Place the corned beef brisket in a Dutch oven.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic around the brisket.
Pour in the beef broth and water.
Add the mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and bay leaves.
Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and place it in the preheated oven.
Braise for about 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
