BLT Pizza Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 unit pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Add crumbled bacon and cherry tomatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Spread mayonnaise over the pizza.
Top with shredded lettuce.
Slice and serve.
