Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the black beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble the burritos by adding the rice and bean mixture, cheese, and salsa to each tortilla.
  6. Fold the tortillas and serve warm.
