Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the black beans and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble the burritos by adding the rice and bean mixture, cheese, and salsa to each tortilla.
Fold the tortillas and serve warm.
