Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beyond Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Beyond Beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
