- 4 pounds Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour beef broth around it.
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Roast in the oven for 4 hours or until tender.
Remove the foil, brush the brisket with barbecue sauce, and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
