Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe bananas mashed
  • cup Coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups Whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup Almond milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda, salt, and cinnamon over the mixture and mix.
  5. Gently fold in the flour and almond milk until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
