- 4 large Sweet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
Pat them dry and pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork.
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and rub it in to coat them evenly.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the sweet potatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
