Main Ingredients
- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke each potato several times with a fork.
3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
5. Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
6. Remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve hot.
