  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
