Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lobster tails
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
  3. Pull apart shells slightly and season the meat with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  5. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
  7. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
