Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
Pull apart shells slightly and season the meat with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
