Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
