- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
3. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.
4. Add the chopped eggs, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
