Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Avocados ripe
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut and scoop out the avocados.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
