- 2 pounds potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, chopped onions, white vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
