Ingredients 

Salad

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken cooked
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
