Alcohol-Free Mint Julep Recipe
A refreshing, non-alcoholic version of the classic mint julep.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
- 2 cups Crushed ice
- 1 cup Sparkling water
1. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add mint leaves. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain and cool.
2. Fill glasses with crushed ice. Add 2 tablespoons of the mint syrup to each glass.
3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with extra mint leaves. Serve immediately.
