Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups Crushed ice
  • 1 cup Sparkling water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add mint leaves. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. 2. Fill glasses with crushed ice. Add 2 tablespoons of the mint syrup to each glass.
  3. 3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with extra mint leaves. Serve immediately.
