Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 8 small Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Salsa your favorite kind
  • 1 cup Guacamole optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix black beans, corn, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Place tortillas in the air fryer basket and cook for 2-3 minutes until warm.
  4. Fill tortillas with the bean and corn mixture. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve with salsa and guacamole.
