- 2 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Water as needed
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated sweet potatoes, chickpea flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Gradually add water to the mixture until it reaches a thick batter consistency.
4. Form the mixture into small patties.
5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
