Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu pressed and cut into cubes
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. 3. Toss tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
  5. 5. Remove tofu from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  6. 6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
