Main Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu pressed and cut into cubes
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
3. Toss tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
4. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
5. Remove tofu from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce until well coated.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
