- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
Place the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
