Air Fryer Beefy Vegan Taquitos

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegan ground beef
- 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan ground beef, mashed black beans, cumin, and chili powder.
Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with vegan cheese, and roll them up tightly.
Brush the taquitos with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
