- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 Serrano Peppers sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- ½ cup Red Onion sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- to taste Salt
1. In a blender, combine lime juice, serrano peppers, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
3. Pour the blended lime mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Mix well.
4. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
